Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for your ticket purchase within 7 days of your order completion date. After 7 days, all ticket sales are final.

Follow these steps to submit your refund request.

1. Log in to your account at Kagibag.
2. Navigate to "My Orders".
3. Select the order you wish to refund.
4. Click "Request Refund".
5. Provide a reason for your refund request.
6. Submit your request for review.

• Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
• You will receive an email notification of the decision.
• Approved refunds are processed immediately.
• If declined, you will receive an explanation.

• Approval: Refunds are initiated immediately upon approval.
• Bank processing: Refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation at each step.

• You will receive a full refund of your ticket price.
• Stripe processing fees are non-refundable (Stripe policy).
• The exact amount refunded will be shown before you submit your request.

• Approved refunds will void all tickets in the order.
• Voided tickets cannot be used for event entry or transferred to other users.

If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will automatically receive a full refund, including all processing fees. No action is required on your part.
